These Terms of Use govern your access to fiscalsynergy.in and any associated digital channels operated by Fiscal Synergy Pvt. Ltd. ("Fiscal Synergy"). By browsing the Site or submitting an engagement brief, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
Fiscal Synergy Pvt. Ltd. is a management consultancy. It is not a firm of Chartered Accountants and does not hold itself out as one. Statutory audit, tax-attestation and other functions reserved exclusively for practising Chartered Accountants under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 are not undertaken by Fiscal Synergy. Where such services are required, engagements are routed to an independently licensed audit firm under a separate letter.
All advisory, accounting-support, governance, risk, regulatory and corporate-finance work delivered by Fiscal Synergy is performed in its capacity as a management consultancy, by professionals operating under partner supervision.
Information presented on the Site, in published material, or through general correspondence is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice and must not be relied upon as such.
Professional advice is rendered only after an engagement letter has been signed between you and Fiscal Synergy. Each engagement is governed by its own scope, deliverables, commercials, confidentiality terms and limitations of liability set out in that letter.
All content on the Site — including text, typography, layout, design system, photography, illustrations and source code — is the property of Fiscal Synergy or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and design laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fiscal Synergy, its directors, partners, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data or business arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, except to the extent provided by an executed engagement letter.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
Engagement briefs received through the Site, telephone, WhatsApp or email channels are treated under partner-level confidentiality. We do not share, syndicate or resell mandate information. Detailed handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Site or any non-contractual matter linked to either.
We may amend these Terms at any time. The revised version takes effect from the date indicated below. Continued use of the Site after such revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
